The Netherlands Consumer Authority is a member of ICPEN. The International Consumer Protection Enforcement Network (ICPEN) is a network of governmental consumer protection authorities from all around the globe.
The network cooperates to share information about cross-border commercial activities affecting consumers and to encourage international enforcement cooperation among consumer protection agencies, thus protecting consumers' interests all around the world.
The Netherlands Consumer Authority acts as President of ICPEN from June 2010 until June 2011.
