From Amsterdam (A4) / Utrecht (A12) / Rotterdam (A13, A4)
- Follow the A12 at the Prins Clausplein junction
- Take the second exit (Centrum)
- At the third set of traffic lights turn left (Bezuidenhoutseweg)
- Go straight on at the roundabout
- Keep directly to the right (do not enter the tunnel)
- Cross over the tramway
- In front of the Muzentower, go over the bridge and then straight on (Herengracht)
- Follow the road as it bends to the left (Fluwelen Burgwal)
The entrance to the public multi-storey car park is halfway along, on the left-hand side.
From Wassenaar, Leiden (A44) / Amsterdam (A44)
- Follow the A44/ N44
- Turn left (Koningskade) at the traffic lights at the end (T-junction)
- Turn right at the first set of traffic lights, and then turn left immediately afterwards (Prinsessegracht)
- In front of the Muzen tower, from the Prinsessegracht, take the second right (Herengracht)
- Follow the road as it bends to the left (Fluwelen Burgwal)
