The Netherlands Consumer Authority - together with the Netherlands Competition Authority (NMa) and the Independent Post and Telecommunications Authority (OPTa) - operates an information desk called ConsuWijzer, which specifically caters to consumers.
ConsuWijzer offers practical advice on consumers' rights and duties. On the ConsuWijzer website, you can find a wide range of valuable information (in Dutch). In addition, ConsuWijzer can be reached by phone, from Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. by calling: +31-88-0707070 (standard international fees apply).
