Mission

It is the Netherlands Consumer Authority’s mission to promote fair trade between businesses and consumers, based on the economic interests of consumers.

Focus - Agenda 2010-2011

The Netherlands Consumer Authority determined its priority areas for 2010 and 2011 in its Agenda 2010-2011.

The Authority will focus its attention on: aggressive and misleading canvassing, unfair online commercial practices, warranties and non-conformity, new statutory duties and cross-border consumers.
